Learn MoreDream Develop Deliver is a Dallas-Fort Worth 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by a team with deep roots in Texas construction and community development. After years of flipping homes and working with the City of Dallas on renovation contracts, our founders saw firsthand how the affordable housing gap was widening — and decided to build an organization that could help close it.

Today we operate as a federally approved nonprofit pursuing CHDO certification, combining licensed general contracting, grant-funded development, and resident support into a single mission-driven pipeline. Our leadership team pairs fifteen years of construction expertise with fifteen years of nonprofit and grant-writing experience — so every project is both well-built and well-funded.
